Alexis Langlois is a Houston, TX native and is currently based in Chicago, IL. She completed her Masters Degree in Vocal Performance at Depaul University in 2023, and her Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance at Loyola University of New Orleans in 2020.

Her recent operatic highlights include Zerlina from Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Norina from Donizetti’s Don Pasquale, Despina from Mozart’s Così fan tutte, Giunone from Montiverdi’s Il ritorno d’Ulisse in patria, Paquette from Bernstein’s Candide, and Linfea from Cavalli’s La Calisto with the DePaul Opera Theater.

This summer, she performed with the Opera Festival of Chicago as a Young Artist. Earlier this Spring, she sang in the ensemble for the Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Theater of Chicago in their production of Ruddigore and became contracted with the Chicago Symphony Chorus as a volunteer chorus member.

Alexis Langlois is currently a chorister at the Holy Name Cathedral in Chicago and is a recent member of the Lira Ensemble where they perform concerts in both Polish and English in the Chicagoland area.
